Delivery & Returns
When you have placed your order, the exciting part of making your jewellery begins. Once completed, we will contact you to inform you that the item is ready for dispatch.
All our items are delivered in discrete shipment packaging (Royal Mail for UK) with no indication of what is inside. Return address is listed as “Engage London” for insurance purposes.
All items shipped within the UK are delivered via Royal Mail Special Delivery*, fully insured.
Orders can be collected from our London store. The person collecting must be the person who paid for the goods and must be able to prove their identity.
30 day return policy
Orders purchased can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
Returns Terms and Conditions:
- All earrings and customised or bespoke jewellery is non- returnable and non- refundable.
- Refunds will not be authorised If the purchased jewellery has been in any way tampered with or altered by the customer, another jeweller or any other third party, and the item becomes non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Returns of orders will be confirmed only where you have returned the item in its original condition, unworn and together with its original packaging and certificate where applicable.
